Adults 50

The Adults 50 & Better ministry offers opportunities of encouragement for senior adults to participate in activities designed to continue their spiritual, mental, and emotional growth. The ministry also allows adults to fellowship with one another both inside and outside of LifeBridge by reaching out to those on the fringe of the life of the church, and serve the Lord by caring for and serving others within the church and the community. Today’s active adults are vibrant and engaged and bring a lifetime of experiences. They intentionally seize the day to make a difference in the world for Christ.

Touching Lives
Of our elderly residents living in facilities, 85 percent have one visit or less per year. Touching Lives changes this sad statistic by offering:

  • A weekly non-denominational worship service complete with an Inspirational Message, a Music Team leading singing, a Sound Tech, and special music while residents enjoy an uplifting spirit of joy and praise.
  • A visitation team of volunteers visit the residents in their room, becoming their friend, and offering help and kindness.
  • A reminder to each person that God has not forgotten them and will never forsake them—through community building.

The following is a list of places we provide ministry to:

  • Applewood Living Center, Tuesday 9:15 am, 1800 Stroh Place, Longmont
