Why does God seem so distant when we need him the most? Why do bad things happen if God cares for us so much? After all, what should we really expect from God? We often ask questions like these when the hard realities of life collide with our faith, but we are afraid to ask them out loud. If we don’t honestly deal with these questions, it can lead to ‘disappointment with God.’ If you have experienced disappointment with God at any level, join us for this message series as we explore these very human questions and hurts. We won’t pretend to know all the answers, but we will respond in honest ways and with biblical depth, so that we can begin trusting God again with our lives.
