If you would like to help behind the scenes, take a look at some of the volunteer positions available. No experience is necessary–and we’ll train you!

AVM-Auditorium Lighting Operator. Responsibilities include: operating the lighting board for worship services, rehearsals, and various other events; working closely with the Worship Minister and/or other venue leader; following a cue sheet for light changes during the program. No prior experience is necessary. Training is provided.

AVM-Auditorium Media Operator. Responsibilities include: operating the video/graphic presentations for worship services, rehearsals and various other events; working closely with the Worship Minister and/or the venue leader; following a cue sheet for changes during the program. Multi-tasking between PC’s, video mixer, and DVD player. No prior experience is necessary. Training is provided.

AVM-Auditorium Sound Engineer/Technician. Responsibilities include: operating front of house and stage monitor sound mixing consoles for worship services; set-up and tear-down of sound equipment for worship services rehearsals and various other events; working closely with the Worship Minister and/or the venue leader. Prior experience is necessary. Training will be provided.

AVM-Auditorium Video Camera Operator. The person in this position must be able to follow direction from the Video Director. Must have the ability to frame camera shots, and know the basic functions of a video camera. No experience is necessary. Training is provided.

AVM-Auditorium Video Director. The Video Director is part of a team consisting of two camera operators and a director. The person in this position must have the ability to give clear direction to the camera operators while videotaping the worship service. No experience is necessary. Training is provided.
