America’s Kids Belong – Uniting government, faith-based, business and creative communities to end the foster care and adoption crisis in the U.S. – state by state.
Carbon Valley Help Center – Helping people in immediate need move toward self-sufficiency by unifying Carbon Valley resources.
Compass – Compass: the Weld County Family Services Team is a collaborative effort comprised of professionals from a wide variety of Weld County service organizations.
Crossroads School – A school with a desire to reach middle and high school students who have struggled in a traditional school or who find that a traditional school doesn’t meet their needs.
Habitat for Humanity of the St. Vrain Valley – Dedicated to providing simple, decent, affordable housing for low-income families.
Kids Hope USA – Kids Hope USA develops these one-on-one relationships through the creation of church-school partnerships that pair church members with at-risk kids in supportive, mentoring relationships.
Kindness for Kids – Kindness for Kids is able to make sure the wishes of hundreds of children come true by providing toys for low-income families living in the St. Vrain Valley School District.
Life Choices – Life Choices helps women and men who are facing unplanned pregnancies.
Mountain States Children’s Home – Extends Christian services to wounded children in an effort to meet their physical needs, heal their emotional hurts, challenge their minds and teach them moral principles, in order to reach the goals of reuniting them with their families or preparing for independence.
OUR Center – Helping people in immediate need move toward self-sufficiency by unifying community resources.
Shiloh House – Treatment for youth whose lives have been impacted by abuse, neglect, and trauma.
St. Vrain Valley School District – St. Vrain Valley School District is the educational home of more than 32,000 of Colorado’s students.
The Pearl Group – The Pearl Group is a nonjudgmental, faith-based organization that empowers single parents to better their lives, and the lives of their children, by providing access to resources and informal support networks.
