The LifeSports Ministry at LifeBridge serves the greater Longmont area by cultivating community through sports and fitness for participants from ages 3 to 80 and older. LifeSports provides fitness classes, sports leagues, tournaments, instructional summer camps, and other recreational events that are open to the public. The program is led by qualified and caring individuals who wish to share their passion for their sport within the LifeSports community.

LifeBridge Medical Release Forms

LifeSports programs require all participants to complete an age-appropriate LifeBridge Medical Release form per calendar year prior to participating. Players must meet age requirements and a picture ID may be required. LifeSports reserves the right to appropriately place teams and individuals and regulate team rosters.

Basketball Camp – Grades 4-10 
Boys and girls entering grades 4 to 10 will love the thrills, skills, and drills of Boys and Girls’ Basketball Camp. Led by Longmont High School Head Coach and LifeBridge member, Jeff Kloster, and his players, this camp is sure to get your summer started off right. Individual,  group,  and team competitions for fun and prizes make for an exciting week of camp, focusing on the individual and team fundamentals necessary for player and team success. An inspirational message will highlight each camp day.

St. Vrain Summer High School Basketball League
LifeSports partners with St. Vrain Valley High School basketball programs and Area 9 Officials for player and team skills development in a summer basketball league format at LifeBridge. Coaches have opportunity to work with their incoming players in the off-season. Officials can work on mechanics, rules, game management, and communication. This is an atmosphere of fun and competition among St. Vrain Valley high schools, and will introduce potential high school players to the teams and systems at their prospective school they will attend in fall. League is for incoming freshman and sophomore students for boys or girls basketball.
  • Girls League: Monday and Friday nights, May 12 to June 16
  • Boys League: Wednesday nights and Saturdays, May 13 to June 17
  • Individual players must register with their prospective high school team coach.
  • $400/team


Men’s Basketball League

Gather family, neighbors, friends, and co-workers in this fun, competitive basketball league with an emphasis on sportsmanship and building strong friendships. Games officiated by certified high school varsity officials using slightly modified High School Federation rules. Players must be at least 30 years old (teams are allowed two players age 18 to 29 on the court).

  • League plays Sunday evenings at St. John Church Gym, 323 Collyer St., Longmont
  • $375/team


Studio Dance
Studio Dance of Loveland teams with LifeSports in exceptional ballet and tap dance instruction for beginning and experienced dancers, ages 3 to 10. One-hour classes build character, integrity and grace through focused training from qualified instructors. Within Studio Dance, students cultivate a love for music and dance for a lifetime. Costume, tights, and shoes purchased separately.
  • 2017 Winter/Spring Session: Tuesdays, Jan. 31-May 30
  • Ages: 3-4 at 4 p.m.; ages 5-7 at 5 p.m.; ages 8-10 at 6 p.m.
  • $160 for a 16-week season or $12/class drop-in

Fit 4 Life

Fit 4 Life is a friendly, low-impact workout that includes flexibility, stretch band, and light weight use designed specifically for seniors. Join your LifeSports senior fitness instructor and other great seniors in a fun workout set to good music.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Boot Camp

Come join a full body workout in this High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class. Strength training and cardiovascular conditioning will be utilized for a fun, challenging, high calorie burning session. Start your day right and HIIT it, led and supervised by a certified fitness trainer.

Insanity Live 

Insanity Live is a cardio-based total body conditioning workout that includes explosive cardio, plyometrics drills, and strength intervals, as well as intense core and ab training. This class will push you to your limits, regardless of your current fitness level. Insanity Live gives you results without the use of any weights or equipment. All you need is the desire to dig deeper, and the help and encouragement from your certified Sanity Live instructor.

Men’s Competitive Open Gym Basketball 

Join men of all ages for an open gym basketball game.

Zumba Dance

Zumba fitness mixes effective body sculpting movements with easy-to-follow, fun, dance steps maximizing caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning.

U14 Soccer
Join us for an organized, energetic, and fun soccer league for middle school age (U-14) coed indoor teams. This is a great way to have a fun playing indoor soccer, while working on individual and team skills. All games are played at LifeBridge Christian Church.
  • Registration closes Feb. 28, or when league fills
  • Games Dates: Saturdays, March 4 to April 29, 5-9 p.m.
  • Playoffs: Saturdays, May 6 and 13, 5-9 p.m.

Men’s Recreational Softball: Summer and Fall Leagues

Men’s softball leagues are fun, competitive, and help build strong friendships and team chemistry. Whole teams and individual free agents looking for a team are welcome. Combine old and new friends together and form a team. League uses ASA rules and umpires.
  • League plays Friday evenings on Draper Field at Clark Centennial Park, Mountain View and Alpine Street, Longmont
  • Summer season is $630/team, $50/free agent; fall season is $450/team, $45/free agent


Upward and Cheer

Upward Basketball and Cheer is an exciting recreational basketball league for boys and girls in grades 1 to 6. Designed to teach the rules and fundamentals with a focus on sportsmanship, Upward will be a positive influence on your child as they experience one-hour practices each week, and one-hour games each Saturday. Whether playing in the game or cheering from the sidelines, Upward participants will have a great time learning and developing their basketball or cheer skills, becoming valuable members of a team.

  • Game Season: Feb. 4 to March 18
  • Celebration Night: March 20, 6:30 p.m.

Adult Volleyball Leagues
Choose your teammates, your league, your night of play, and enjoy adult volleyball on a weekly basis in an atmosphere of fun, relaxed competition. Weekly 1-hour matches are three games in length played over a 9-week season. We offer five seasons: winter, spring, summer 1, summer 2 and fall. $150/team. Leagues are self-officiated by teams playing.

Coed Elite 4’s Volleyball

Our Elite 4’s volleyball league play is designed for accomplished players with a high level of competition, typically collegiate level experience. Must have a clear understanding of newly-adopted USAV rules. No net violations allowed. Clean setting skills required. Two females per team minimum, only four male hitters eligible.
