Leagues
Leagues are fun and competitive with an emphasis on sportsmanship and relationship building. Leagues play in the winter, spring, summer, and fall. Leagues available: Men’s Basketball, Women’s Basketball, Men’s Softball, Women’s Volleyball, and Coed Volleyball. Register as a free agent, bring a team, or we’ll put you on a team. Cost varies per league. Check the calendar for league specific information, and for registration details.
Sports Leagues Registration Information: All Participants must have a signed medical release on file. Participants under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian complete and sign a Youth/Child/Minor Medical Release. Players must meet age requirements and a picture ID may be required. LifeSports Athletics and Recreation reserves the right to appropriately place teams and individuals and regulate team rosters. For league play, captains and free agents may be required to attend the informational meeting at the beginning of each season.
Open Gym Volleyball
LifeSports offers open gym volleyball for intermediate and competitive men and women ages 18 and older in the Activities Center at the Longmont Campus. Enjoy the fun and exercise of volleyball! Bring a friend and meet some new people. Join a team, or form your own for the next LifeSports Volleyball League season. A participant waiver is required,. There is a $2 per player fee for this event. Check the calendar for dates and times.
Men’s 40 and Over Open Gym Basketball
Guys age 40 and older, come join other men for the fun, exercise, and competition of open gym basketball, using a game-style format with clock and scoring, but no officials. Call your own fouls and violations. This is a free event! LifeBridge waiver is required. Check the calendar for dates and times.
Upward Basketball & Cheerleading

Upward basketball and cheer-leading is a fun and exciting sports league for boys and girls 1st-6th grade.
