Welcome to the LifeBridge Audition Process! We value authenticity, integrity, honor, and we have a high bar of excellence on our Creative Team. We like to be upfront and clear with all applicants interested in joining our team. By entering into the audition process you will be subject to feedback on your craft and character. If you’re not comfortable with that, no worries at all! We have many places at our church where you can serve.

Please read all information on this page before submitting your application. Throughout this process we’ll provide feedback and next steps.     

Step 1: Application

Complete the online application form

Step 2: Live Audition

We’ll set up a time with you to come for a live audition and also send you a list of songs to prepare ahead of time.

Step 4: Interview

After your live audition, you will be asked to an interview with our worship and creative staff.

Step 5: Rehearsal

You’ll prepare for a Sunday worship set as if you will be on stage that Sunday, but only join the team for the rehearsal that Sunday.

Step 6: Trial Run

Join us for a Sunday so that we can get the feel for your craft and presence in a live setting.
