GROW THROUGH SERVING
God has uniquely gifted each of us to make a meaningful impact. Whether you’re passionate about hospitality, music, children, or behind-the-scenes support, there’s a perfect place for you to serve and grow.
When you join a serve team, you’re not just filling a role—you’re stepping into God’s plan for your life and discovering the joy that comes from serving others.
As we prepare to launch our third service, we will have more openings and opportunities for you to get involved.
Below you’ll find details about the many ways you can serve and the teams that are ready to welcome you.

KIDS MINISTRY TEAM
We have exciting opportunities in our Kids Ministry: Classroom Leader, Kids Worship Team, Set Up Team, or Check-in Team. All positions are Sunday-only, allowing you to choose one service time to serve and attend another.
Classroom Leaders can serve weekly if desired, while other positions are typically scheduled bi-weekly. We’re excited to see how your unique personality and gifts will help us care for and encourage our kids!

PRODUCTION TEAM
We have several flexible opportunities available that fit different schedules and interests. For Video Production, you’d serve once or twice monthly with no previous experience required—we’ll train you on everything you need to know. If Photography is more your style, you can capture baptisms and special events about once a month, with all camera equipment provided. We also have Lighting Operator positions available monthly during the same Sunday morning timeframe, where you’d run lighting cues and display scriptures during the message (helpful if you’re familiar with basic song structure like verses, choruses, and bridges). Each role offers great flexibility to serve according to your availability and interests, and you’ll be part of creating an engaging worship experience for our community.

CONNECTIONS TEAM
For the Connections team we have several opportunities to welcome and serve our church family every Sunday and throughout the week. Join our Greeting Team (before/after services), Parking Team (after services outdoors), Coffee Team (before services), Info Team (before/after services), Communion Team (before services), or Online Host Team (during services, remote or onsite). For weeknight involvement, our Building Host Team welcomes groups on various evenings.
All roles offer flexible scheduling at one service, 1-2 times per month, allowing you to serve at one service time and attend another. Additional mid-week opportunities are available for Greeting and Coffee teams. Come find where your gifts can make our church feel like home for everyone!

OPERATIONS TEAM
Join us in helping to create a safe and welcoming environment during our weekend services and events. Whether you’re interested in Security Work (ensuring guest safety with some training and background check required), Medical Assistance (helping guests with complications and coordinating with first responders, medical skills needed), or Accounting Support (working with numbers and processes during weekday business hours), we have meaningful opportunities that match your skills and availability. If you’re passionate about serving others and want to be part of a team that keeps our community running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you!

WORSHIP TEAM
We’re inviting Musicians and Vocalists to join our worship team and help create meaningful worship experiences! Band members attend Tuesday evening practices and serve across all three Sunday services, typically once a month.
If you’re interested, we’d love to connect with you to begin the application process and get you started on this team!

FACILITIES TEAM
As part of the Facilities team you can help maintain and care for our church home so it remains a welcoming, beautiful space for our entire community. There are opportunities to serve that fit various schedules and skills, including Housekeeping Ministry (flexible serving Monday-Thursday), Office Organization (flexible serving Monday-Thursday), Maintenance and Repair Work (flexible serving Monday-Thursday), and Outdoor Maintenance like weeding, cleanup, and trimming (flexible serving anytime). Whether you can spare an hour or an afternoon, regularly or occasionally, your contribution makes a real difference.

STUDENTS MINISTRY TEAM
Join our Student Ministry Team to serve middle school and high school students in our Wednesday evenings. We have weekly Small Group Leader positions available, along with bi-weekly opportunities in our Worship Band, Service Production, and Check-in Teams. Come be part of building community and serving our youth every Wednesday night!

SINGLE MOMS TEAM
Join us Tuesday evenings during the school year to Mentor Single Mothers, Lead Activities for their children, or Serve Weekly Meals. Whether you love listening and counseling, have energy for kids who need love, or want to provide practical meal support, there’s a place for you.
Help single mothers with vehicle maintenance through our Pearl Group Partnership (weekly commitment), or make a deeper 3-year commitment as a Mentor Father, guiding fatherless boys through biblical curriculum, fun activities, and building life-changing relationships.

CARE & SUPPORT TEAM
We invite you to join our compassionate care ministry team by serving as Facilitators and Assistants for our support groups and care ministries that provide healing and encouragement during life’s most challenging seasons.
Support Group Opportunities include DivorceCare & GriefShare (Monday nights, 13-week sessions twice yearly), Rise Up cancer support (Monday nights, 1st & 3rd weeks monthly), NAMI mental health support (Thursday nights, 1st & 3rd weeks monthly), Forgiven and Set Free post-abortion healing (Monday nights, 10-week study 9/9-11/25), My Anxious Thoughts (Monday nights, 5-week sessions twice yearly), and addiction recovery programs (weekly Monday nights plus large group meetings).
Additional Service Opportunities include Pre-marital Counseling and Marriage Mentoring, Prayer Teams, Funeral Coordination and Receptions, WRAP Ministry for foster families, Barnabas Team encouragement, Communion Visitation for shut-ins, Shepherding Teams for ongoing care, special care events like Loss of a Spouse workshops and Holiday Support gatherings, plus various care service projects on an as-needed basis.
New volunteer schedules begin September 1st after Labor Day, and many positions require facilitator training or confidentiality agreements to ensure we provide the highest quality care to those we serve.

DISCIPLESHIP TEAM
Join our discipleship team as Group Leaders and Teachers to guide others in their spiritual journey through bi-weekly pathway sessions, keystone events, and small groups. This leadership role involves intentional discipleship and biblical teaching to help others grow in their faith.
Join our Prayer Response Team that serves on Sundays at the end of each service (bi-weekly). Prayer should always be our first response to anything happening in and around our lives and loved ones, and this team intercedes through prayer, meets people in their moment of need, and points them to longer-term connection opportunities.

OUTREACH TEAM
Join our dynamic Outreach Team as we serve both locally and globally to share God’s love in action! We’re involved in meaningful ministries like Operation Christmas Child, community engagement initiatives, and mission trips that span from our local neighborhoods to international destinations across the globe. Whether you’re passionate about identifying and meeting needs in our area, responding to disasters, or traveling on mission trips throughout the US and beyond, there’s a place for you to make a difference and grow in your faith journey with us.

THE NEW THIRD SERVICE
8 | 9:30 | 11am
Wondering about the new third service? Here are answers to questions you might have about what this means for Sunday mornings.
Why are we adding another service now?
We have seen continued growth in the church over an extended period of time, and we’ve experienced some Sundays where the Auditorium and our Kids Area have been getting close to full. We want to make sure that we have space for everyone to feel welcome. Adding a third service now gives us the opportunity and space for our current people as well as future growth in this next season.
Will the added service have the same format and music as the other services?
Yes, all of the services will have the same message, music, and programming.
Will the musicians and teacher be the same for all services?
Yes, all of the services will have the same message, music, and programming.
Will full Kids Ministry be available for the 8 am service?
Yes, Kids Ministry will be available for birth through 5th grade for all of our services.
What times can I watch the live-streamed service?
We will live-stream the 9:30 and 11:00 am services. Our weekly services will also be available on YouTube on-demand immediately after the conclusion of the 11:00 am service.
Will we still have these three service times once the renovation starts? Or will they change again?
This new service schedule will continue through most of the renovation. There is a chance that an adjustment could be made during the period when the Auditorium is under construction, but that would be the last phase of the renovation.
Why did we pick these service times?
Our team considered multiple service time options for adding another service. We feel that service times of 8:00, 9:30, and 11:00 am is the best option for providing times for people to attend and the health of our volunteers and staff.
Will there still be traffic control at Ute Hwy for all services?
Yes, we will have traffic control throughout the entire morning to help people exit safely.
Will we have to handle traffic on campus differently?
We won’t need to do anything special that we haven’t done before. We will make sure the traffic flow is safe for everyone arriving and leaving campus.
Will I be required to serve more often?
Adding a service will provide additional serving opportunities and needs. This will, in turn, provide more serving opportunities for those who would like to serve more, and it will provide new opportunities for people who are not yet serving to get involved. We hope that everyone who calls LifeBridge home will find a way to attend a service and volunteer for a service in a capacity and rhythm that works for them.
