The Kids Pastor at LifeBridge Christian Church will lead a vibrant ministry for children from birth through elementary, creating environments where kids can know and follow Jesus. This role will recruit, develop, and empower high-capacity volunteers to help lead the ministry and equip families to disciple their kids at home. The Communications Coordinator supports the execution of LifeBridge’s communication strategy through content creation, social media management, and clear, compelling written communication. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and creative communicator who enjoys writing, storytelling, and digital engagement.

Working closely with the Communications Director, this person will help bring LifeBridge’s voice to life across platforms—ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and engaging. This is a hands-on role focused on implementation, with opportunities to grow in creative development, digital media, and storytelling.

You’ll lead a high-capacity team of staff and volunteers, bringing vision, excellence, and a pastoral heart to the behind-the-scenes work that makes everything else possible. Residents will have the opportunity to serve in a variety of ministry environments while being developed as future leaders.
