The Community Pastor plays a pivotal role in helping people take meaningful steps at LifeBridge—connecting them into clear, compelling pathways that move from the first steps of discipleship into deeper engagement in the life of the church.  With a focus on key entry points into our discipleship pathway for everyone, and an emphasis on young adults, this leader brings vision, structure, and momentum to environments where people encounter Jesus, build authentic community, and grow with purpose. 

The Communications Coordinator supports the execution of LifeBridge’s communication strategy through content creation, social media management, and clear, compelling written communication. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and creative communicator who enjoys writing, storytelling, and digital engagement.

Working closely with the Communications Director, this person will help bring LifeBridge’s voice to life across platforms—ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and engaging. This is a hands-on role focused on implementation, with opportunities to grow in creative development, digital media, and storytelling.

As our Facilities Manager, you will play a vital role in creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments that help lost people of all ages in Northern Colorado take their next step toward Christ. You’ll lead a high-capacity team of staff and volunteers, bringing vision, excellence, and a pastoral heart to the behind-the-scenes work that makes everything else possible. Residents will have the opportunity to serve in a variety of ministry environments while being developed as future leaders.

Are you passionate about helping preteens, middle school students, and families grow closer to Jesus? We’re looking for a PreTeen & Middle School Pastor to lead thriving environments where kids and students love to be, invite their friends to join, and grow in their relationship with Jesus. We also need someone with the drive and determination to accomplish this through continually inspiring and equipping Serve Team Members and parents to make an eternal impact. This role is all about moving our church forward in its mission by investing in the next generation and inspiring them to live out their faith.

Do you love creating distraction-free environments where people can engage in worship and hear God’s Word? LifeBridge is looking for a Production Director who is passionate about technical excellence, develops volunteers well, and thrives behind the scenes to help create meaningful Sunday experiences. 

This role leads all aspects of weekend production, including audio, video, lighting, live streaming, and stage technology.
